golf clubs and baseball eve

Thadeus got Rollin an new set of really nice golf clubs for his 7th birthday. He was very excited about them and he bounced around and said to me "now I don't have to use a stick and a bouncy ball anymore!"


Fynn has started T-ball for the year and last night we were sitting on the couch together watching little house on the prairie when he whispered in my ear "for me this is baseball eve" I smiled and agreed with him and a moment later he whispered again "because I have a baseball game tomorrow."

I made a quick trip to the grocery tonight and just had Fynneus with me. We were walking up to the store and I  can't remember exactly what i said to him but it was something about about eating something. He said "ewe yuck!" I laughed and said "hey aren't you the same kid that ate a grub not too long ago?" He got a serious smirk on his face and said "listen, it wasn't a grub it was a worm or something and I think it was cooked."
